This new series entitled "Motivating Memories" is based on what the Apostle Paul wrote to the church at Corinth. In 1 Corinthians 15:1-2, Paul wrote, "Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain." Based on what Paul states in his letter to the church at Corinth, we find that even though the believers at Corinth were saved and were standing firm in the gospel, they still had to keep in memory all the things that Paul had taught them about the Christian life. This series will instruct you on the many scriptures found in the word of God of those things that we as believers are instructed to remember as well as those scriptures that instruct us what not to forget. Throughout the word of God, we have many examples of what we must not forget and what we are to remember. This series will explore this subject and may even surprise those who are confident in their knowledge of the word of God.
